Service Description

1-2-1 session in Floor barre. Course of 5 sessions Floor Barre is a low impact highly intensive workout for core and legs. Based on ballet barre technique this discipline was created to help ballerinas maintain flexibility and strength during periods of injury. With a strong focus on active flexibility and form this body weight training offers a cardio workout in under an hour. Aoife learned this technique through her study with La Fake Formacion Circus School, Jalisco, Mexico.
